Hugh Wyld

As a screenwriter, Hugh has developed a mini series with South of the River Pictures entitled ‘Kompromat’. As Director of theatre/film project HIV Voices, his work is community based. Film and performance work for HIV Voices has been shown at London theatres (such as Soho Theatre and Arcola Theatre) and community spaces, from faith symposiums to queer bookshops. In 2019, he developed five spoken word films with Positive East, screening them across east London. As a theatre-maker Hugh developed a solo show on the theme of animal rage, entitled ‘DOG’, which had its debut at the Camden People’s Theatre in January 2024. Hugh is also an actor. Recent screen credits include the BBC series TRIGONOMETRY, written by Duncan Macmillan and Effie Woods, and DIVINE (Warner brothers pictures). Hugh has also performed at the National Theatre, Globe Theatre, Rose Theatre and Victoria Palace Theatre.
Daphne Schmon

Daphne is a London-based American Director and founder of ‘Breaking Through The Lens’ (BTTL) non-profit helping women and LGBTQIA+ directors at the financing stage. Daphne’s debut feature ‘The Eye’ won Best Director and Best Film at the Greece International Film Festival. Daphne began her career in documentaries with ‘Children of the Wind’ winning 8 international awards including ‘Best Emerging Filmmaker’ and ‘Best Documentary’ at X-Dance. Rey Cuerdo, VP of Business Affairs at Sony Pictures Worldwide, said of the film: “Deeply moving… an exhilarating journey.” Her next documentary ‘Down To Earth’ was broadcast on CNN and distributed by Apple. Daphne’s first narrative short ALL OF ME followed a genderqueer musician, playing at over 30 festivals including Oscar-qualifying Palm Springs International. The film received 6 nominations and 3 awards including Best Cinematography by the BSC. Daphne’s short ‘Tiny Vessels’ won Best Film at Berlin Lift-Off. She has previously collaborated with Hugh Wyld, filming his HIV Voices show in London.

Milo Beyts
Milo Beyts is an award-winning producer whose films have been broadcast internationally and screened at festivals around the world, including on Channel 4, Omeleto, Aesthetica, The Iris Prize, Indy Shorts, Bolton Film Festival, Flickerfest, Encounters, CPIFF, Two Short Nights and many more. He also line-produced BAFTA-nominated/BIFA-winning short MAGID-ZAFAR for BFI/Film4 Future Takes. He began his career at leading talent agencies ICM Partners and Curtis Brown before moving into film and television development at Oscar-winning producer Xavier Marchand's Moonriver Content. He became an independent producer in 2023, producing 10 short films in 2 years. He maintains a slate of feature projects with world-class emerging talent.
Alex has recently been named as part of 2022-2024 BAFTA Elevate and has worked in the creative industry for over 25 years as an actor and a producer. He’s produced a number of shorts, commercials and music videos, winning awards and playing at festivals including Oscar Qualifying Palm Springs, Aesthetica and LSFF. He recently wrapped on his first feature as a producer, ‘Up On The Roof’, starring Olivier award winner Nathaniel Parker. He currently has a diverse slate of projects at all stages of development, including a TV series with Sprout Pictures, ‘Powdered and Dancing’ starring Alex Lawther, ’The Return of Vinney Riley?’ about the greatest English guitarist you’ve never heard of with Samantha Morton attached as the narrator. His latest feature, shot on 8mm ‘HAAR’ is starring Kate Kennedy and Fehinti Balogun. As the co-founder of an award-winning creative technology company he helped deliver the world’s first AI car ad directed by an Oscar winner for Lexus. As an actor he most recently appeared in Tom Stoppard’s newest play Leopoldstadt directed by Patrick Marber.
